Coming from a serial entrepreneurial family, Jessica has always had the mindset of business. She has served key roles in the freight industry, from truck director, dispatch, brokering, and managing multiple fleets. Being a fleet owner as well, this allows her to know logistics from many angles and has extensive knowledge in many areas of the industry. Previously, she’s worked with a great well-known company where she managed a multitude of carriers and assisted in guiding numerous dispatchers with her logistics strategies. She then added mentorship to her resume, as she is showing her same blueprint to help others master in the freight enterprise. With her knowledge in transportation, helping countless carriers and entrepreneur background, it only made sense to combine her passions. Bluebonnet Carrier Management was born!

Along with these roles, Jessica places and manages trucks in the oil industry across the country. She has built great relationships with many reputable sites looking for safe and responsible owner operators to haul frac sand, crude oil, etc.  From compliance, micromanaging, and administration, she ensures her trucks and clients stay profitable. We specialize in OTR, long haul, regional, local, etc. Although her head is in a business state, she has much compassion for her carriers.
